Cancellations

Because we want to process all orders quickly, you only have 24 hours to cancel your order. Contact us at client@coletteparisboutique.com and be sure to include your order number. If you contact us before the order is shipped, we may cancel your order (otherwise you will need to follow the standard return policy).

Return/Exchange Procedure

You can return or exchange your order without giving a reason within 30 days of receiving your purchase.

Before proceeding, please note that your items must meet certain conditions:

- not have been worn or washed

- original tags are still attached

- and, ideally, return the item in its original packaging.

In other words, you can try the items on, but you can't wear them for a week and then decide to return them.

If your items are eligible for return or exchange, you can begin the process by contacting our support specialists at client@coletteparisboutique.com. You will also receive the return form.

Refund

When we receive your return (make sure you use a shipping service with a tracking number, which you will send to us), we will check if your items meet the conditions.

If so, we will notify you by email and refund you within 14 days of sending you the confirmation email.

Damaged/Wrong Items

It is entirely possible (although rare) that part of your order may arrive damaged, or that the garment is the wrong size or color.

Don't panic and don't get upset, we will gladly help you. Take pictures of the problem, have your order number ready and contact us at client@coletteparisboutique.com briefly explaining what happened.

We will endeavour to rectify the situation, usually by returning the affected items at no additional cost to you.
