Ordering process

What happens when you place your order? First of all, you will receive an order confirmation email very quickly with a summary of your items. This is also a confirmation that our team has started working on the order and will ship it on average within 1-3 days (if you order before 12:00, we start working on the order the same day).

After shipping, your items will arrive in an additional 5-9 days. When we ship the order, you will receive another confirmation email with tracking information.

Cancellations

Because we want to process all orders quickly, you only have 24 hours to cancel your order. Contact us at client@coletteparisboutique.com and be sure to include your order number. If you contact us before the order is shipped, we may cancel your order (otherwise you will need to follow the standard return policy).

Delayed orders

In the worst case scenario, your order should arrive within 12 days (3 days handling and 9 days transit). Occasionally delays do occur, so please allow an additional 3 days before contacting us.

If the order is still not at your address after 15 days, please contact us at client@coletteparisboutique.com with your order number - we will quickly help you understand what is happening.

Damaged/Wrong Items

It is entirely possible (although rare) that part of your order may arrive damaged, or that the garment is the wrong size or color.

Don't panic and don't get upset, we will gladly help you. Take pictures of the problem, have your order number ready and contact us at client@coletteparisboutique.com briefly explaining what happened.

We will endeavour to rectify the situation, usually by returning the affected items at no additional cost to you.
